DNAffiliates.com FAQ
How do bid on a domain name?
Upon registering and confirming your account, you will be able to bid on a domain name at the time of auction. Bids are shown at the time of auction and during the auction period. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email congratulating you on winning the domain name bidding process.
We then contact you to start the domain transfer process and secure payment. We use a third party escrow service so that you have a safe-secure tool to purchase a domain name and ensure your receive possession of this domain name.
Why is there a schedule for auctions?
After an auction, the administrative functions that need to occur take focus and time. To ensure your purchase or sale goes smoothly and timely, we use the days of non-auction to process the paperwork so to speak. This is to your benefit! Should we decide to expand the auction time and days, you will be notified by email.
My email has changed and I need to update my profile… How can I do this?
Through your account control panel, you can make changes to your account. Keep in mind, your email should match the email in your domains WHOIS record for accuracy.
Is there a minimum reserve amount?
No! Since we do not accept all names submitted, the quality of the domain name allows for a higher amount of sales dollars. We require a “0” reserve.
What is Live Auction about?
It is an interactive forum that allows for visitors to video-chat during an auction. We believe that is not currently being done on the Internet although we believe that other will follow. However, we plan to stay the leader in this field.
